2. Course Enrollment and Access
Enrollment Requirements
- Students must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses

- Payment in full is required before course access is granted
- Students are responsible for maintaining account security and confidentiality
Course Access Terms
- Course access is granted for the duration specified in your enrollment agreement
- Account credentials are for individual use only and may not be shared
- Course materials are available 24/7 during your enrollment period
- Downloaded materials are for personal educational use only
3. Payment Terms and Refund Policy
Payment Obligations
- All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes
- Payment is processed securely through authorized payment providers
- Payment plans may be available upon request and approval
- Official receipts are provided for all transactions
Refund Policy
- 14-day cooling-off period for full refund from enrollment date
- Partial refunds may be available within 30 days based on course progress
- No refunds after 30 days or upon course completion
- Refund processing takes 5-10 business days
4. Student Responsibilities and Conduct

Students are expected to maintain high standards of academic honesty and integrity:
- Submit original work and properly cite any external resources used
- Collaborate respectfully in group projects and peer reviews
- Respect intellectual property rights of instructors and fellow students
- Maintain professional communication in all interactions
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:
- Sharing account credentials or allowing unauthorized access to course materials
- Recording, reproducing, or distributing course content without permission
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to academy systems or other student accounts
- Harassing, threatening, or engaging in discriminatory behavior toward others
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Academy Content Ownership
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, text, code examples, projects, and assessments, remain the exclusive property of StackMaster Academy:
- Limited license granted for personal educational use during enrollment period
- No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission
- Downloaded materials may be retained for personal reference only
Student Work and Submissions
Students retain ownership of their original project work while granting academy certain usage rights:
- Students own their original code, projects, and creative work
- Academy may showcase student work for promotional purposes with permission
- Portfolio pieces may be used by students for career development
6. Service Limitations and Disclaimers
Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service availability
- Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform access
- Course content and platform features may be updated or modified
Educational Outcomes
Important Disclaimer: While we provide comprehensive education and support, we cannot provide specific outcome guarantees. Success depends on individual effort, prior experience, market conditions, and external factors beyond our control. - We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

7. Account Termination and Suspension
Voluntary Termination
- Students may request account closure at any time
- Refund eligibility depends on timing and course progress
- Previously downloaded materials may be retained
Involuntary Termination
- Violation of terms may result in immediate termination
- No refund for termination due to policy violations
- Account access is immediately revoked upon termination
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Cyprus courts.
